Hunter Flournoy has been coaching his clients to personal fulfillment, accomplishment, and freedom for twelve years. My experience comes primarily from my own practice and quest for peace and freedom. Formally, I am certified as a coach through Naropa University, the Buddhist University in Boulder, Colorado. Although I am not formally Buddhist, I find the philosophy and psychology to be invaluable, and the practice of meditation to be phenomenal in it's ability to transform.  I teach meditation as a "practical" form of awakening consciousness and empowering change. Some of my greatest influences have been my meditation teacher, Shinzen Young, Course in Miracles, Buddhism, Mystical Christianity, Eckhardt Tolle, R.E.T,  Pema Chodron, my own conventional and alternative therapeutic path, as well as the study of many more new age philosophies and various spiritual traditions.

I was also a speaker and trainer for CareerTrack, at one time the largest seminar provider in this country.  I presented both personal and professional empowerment seminars throughout the world. They included, “The Road Less Traveled” by Scott Peck,  A program based on Rational Emotional Therapy, and "Self-Empowerment" ; a seminar that was focused on bring spiritual values into the workplace.  My path has led me ultimately to working  with individuals.  I find it the most rewarding and the most effective. To have a guide, as you transform your mind and heart, integrate knowledge, and release old pattens is almost essential. 

I work on a "donation only" basis.
