Live Online Webinar
with Hunter Flournoy and Eli Andrew Ramer, the author of the groundbreaking visionary trilogy "Two Flutes Playing," "Two Hearts Dancing," and "Our Tribe Chanting" Queer Spirits Lighting the Way We were born for this: to come home to our bodies, to daring to face the darkness with love. and live our truest visions with great courage! |
We truly are the ones the world has been waiting for, and we were born for this moment in human history.
The bad news seems overwhelming: the UN estimates that by the year 2050 there will be one billion climate refugees, due to the catastrophic climate shifts that have already begun. The world seems perpetually at war. Democracy is fighting for its life, even in our own country.;
The good news is that we are here. We, as gay men, come from every other people, and we have the innate ability to connect all of humanity. We are the creators of beauty. We call people back to remember the sacredness of this world. We are bridge people, connecting the worlds of light and dark, male and female, flesh and spirit. We have been, from the beginning of time, a beacon of light, and we are needed more than ever.
To do this we must reclaim our innate gifts: those held in our own sacred bodies, in our hearts, and in our spirits. In our time together, Eli and Hunter will share a few simple and delicious embodied practices, offer strategies for cultivating a love strong enough to face and find the gifts in the darkness, and support you in clarifying a vision powerful enough to inspire and encourage you in the coming times.
Those who sow division, hatred, and chaos are doing what they believe they came here to do.
We must do the same. We must live our greatest gifts into being.
This is why we have come.
This webinar will be offered live through Zoom. You will get the most, of course, by participating in the live broadcast, but if you can't attend, the presentation portions of the broadcast will be recorded for later viewing. The focus of this work will be GBTQ men, but kindred spirits are welcome! There will be time for discussion, questions, and answers.
